Congratulations! That blue sky is amazing!
Keep it up papa! Everybody is rooting for you! I love you
Impressed, inspired, amazed, fired up … none even begin to equate with what you are telling those of us who reached our ‘Golden Years’. You are a true adventurer and hero.
I am glad you got away from the avalanche. That was scary. These are beautiful shots.
In the words of Yogi Berra…..Congratulations. I knew the record would stand until it was broken.
We are all with you to the top(s) Bill.
Congratulations! We are with you! Love you…
Now…it’s onward and UPword. Our thoughts are with you every step of the way!
You are such an inspiration! Way to go.
Bill your pictures are unreal I told Sharon we are all with you in your climb. Something we will never be able to do but thanks to you we are there..Stay safe and good luck you are in our prayers Pat & Chuck
wahoooo camp 2 looks amazing! we are all thinking of you!
Bill – hope the Apr 28 avalanche that hit C1, did not impact your situation / status – let us know. Seems like it would be quite serious but nothing was mentioned on various web accounts. Good luck. Stay safe!!
We saw you at the Adventure’s Club and decided we wanted to keep track of your expedition. This is really amazing. Thank you for allowing us to be part of this great adventure. Our prayers are with you and the others. God bless.
Thank you, Bill, that you are taking this hike for us & can show us your adventure through your marvelous pictures. Believe me you are right about the high rent district, most expensive cloth hotel I have ever seen! In my youthful travels I stayed in some (Europe for $5. a day) hostels that had slanted floors, but yours beats them all, LOL. Continued prayers for you & yours. Blessings, Betty
The pictures are amazing Bill! Thanks for taking us with you on this adventure.
So exciting watching your climb, Bill! Really inspiring to watch you follow your dreams. Liz
awesome, great going!

Wow, it looks beautiful…and very windy at the top of the Face! Safe travels to you and your entire party. It is great fun to follow along from my computer at home 🙂
Do you get turn down, and choc at night?!! Fantastic grins still!! Keeping you and all others in prayer…be safe!!
Enjoying the views be safe.
As always this is very exciting! Sending happy thoughts from PA!
Namaste Bill. Saint John Chrysostrom once said, “If there were no tribulation, there would be no rest; if there were no winter; there would be no summer.” You seem to have it all: tribulation, rest (in a sleeping bag on a glacier), winter and summer (both at once)!! Continued hiking blessing as you make your assault on the Lhotse Face–a daunting challenge.
You are truly an inspiration. I have read some of your interviews and this is amazing to know that we can follow you on your adventure!
Wish I was there with you, big time!!!
Breathtaking in every sense of the word, these are amazing photos of an unbelievable place. So happy you are there!
I look forward to more pics from the summit! You Rock! Safe Climbing!
