Set forth below is a revised itinerary for our climb which takes into account the two day delay in our climb to Advanced Base Camp.
DAY-BY-DAY ITINERARY FOR EVEREST CLIMB
06-04-10 Bus to Tibet; drive to Zangmu (7,700 feet). Hotel and meals.
07-04-10 Drive to Nyalam (12,300 ft) Hotel and meals.
08-04-10 Rest in Nyalam (12,300 ft). Walk around the local hills. Hotel.
09-04-10 Bus to Thingri (14,200 ft). Hotel.
10-04-10 Rest in Thingri
11-04-10 Drive to Chinese Base camp (17,000 ft). Camp.
12-04-10 Rest in Chinese base. Organize equipment and supplies. Camp.
13-04-10 Walk gently in the hills surrounding Chinese base.
14-04-10 Rest in Chinese base.
15-04-10 Rest in Chinese base.
16-04-10 Rest in Chinese base. Organize equipment and supplies. Camp.
17-04-10 Climb with the yaks halfway to advanced base to interim camp (19,000 ft).
18-04-10 Climb with the yaks to advanced base (ABC) at 21,000 ft. Camp.
19-04-10 Rest in ABC. Celebrate Puja
