With celebrity comes responsibility–the obligation to educate, and your programs are unsurpassed. Beware of gaining too much weight on the “speaker’s circuit”!
Would really like to attend in Burbank on Feb. 7. Pending the schedules of three children (2 now teenagers and 1 almost there) . . . I hope to be there.
Hi Bill….as per our conversation about heated motorcycling gear on Christmas Day at Stacy’s…..I just did finally get the info from my brother (their house is under construction) and sent it to you via Stacy via Lisa, I think. If you would like to talk to my brother, an adventurer like yourself and ask further questions I would be happy to give him your contact number. My brother is Wesley Menard retired from JPL and lifelong BMW rider.

Hi Bill: I met Phil and Susan Erschler several years ago at Adventure 16 in the Mission Valley area when they did a presentation of their 1996 Everest Summit. As you probably know, they hold the distinction of being the first married couple to scale the 7 Summits. The venue only sat about 50-60 people, but I know that I, and others, would love to see you somewhere in the Greater San Diego East, El Cajon to Alpine area. I feel Adventure 16 shares the attitude of adventure, community outreach and education, and am confident that they would be as excited as I am to sponsor this presentation. Would you like me to contact them on your behalf? Please contact me at at kathybowers08@yahoo.com if you would like to discuss.
I am looking forward to attending another one of your entertaining and educational talks at the Burbank Nature Center.
I hope to attend the February 7th lecture at Stough Park, Burbank
