Dear Family & Friends:
The Everest climbing season is about to begin. The season opens in early April and ends with the arrival of the Monsoons in early June.
For those of you who follow the teams, or are just interested in “all things Everest,” I attach my most popular video on You Tube: “Mt. Everest South Approach and North Approach.” The video documents my summits of Mt. Everest from the South Approach in 2009 and the North Approach in 2014. You will get a bird’s eye view of the climbing routes and the similarities and differences in those routes. I describe those routes here and offer my opinion as to which approach is the most challenging.

I’ve watched your video several times. Very fascinating to me! It warms my heart to see Puchhanga on the summit with a whiteout on top. God was gracious to y’all on your descent. Hope you and your family are doing well.

Hi Bill. Your interest in Mt. Everest never ends.
I will predict that you will there to climb in 2022! As the oldest American to summit Mt Everest
And you will do it!
